As a sole subsidiary of China North Industries Group Corporation (CNGC), China's defence industry leader, Luzhou North Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (LNCC) is a large scale chemical complex enterprise, with I/E license. At present, LNCC is located at the east suburb of Luzhou, Sichuan province, is close to Changjiang River, the container harbor of Luzhou city, Hulong expressway and railway; thus we enjoy good location. LNCC employs more than 5,000 people, including a technical team of more than 1,000 persons. It is composed of six manufacturing outfits, one research institute, one civil product research centre, one engineering design institute, three sole sub-companies and seven joint venture companies, covering the entire manufacturing process from R&D, production, sales ,services and QA system, etc. Relying on the complete management system, we now have become a national quality system approved enterprise. Besides the military products, LNCC also produces civil products; our "Double-Five" serial civil products include nitrocellulose, MC, CMC, EC, hydroxyethyl cellulose, civil explosive, Chlor-alkali, methane chloride, chlorinated polypropylene, fuel tank for automobile, Foundry Resin, packing, and so on. Sichuan Nitrocell Corporation (Our shareholding company, is the biggest manufacturer and trader in the world) is cooperating with Hercules and Jiangsu Feixiang Co., Ltd. to produce methyl cellulose, whose output and trade quantity rank No. 1 in China and No.2 in Asia. At present, our products are well sold in China and over 20 countries and regions.
